Brought in my 2005 Audi A8L for service for the first time. The staff are courteous and competent. Top notch service. Will be returning again to get timing belt, and associated components replaced. Would not go anywhere else!
I have taken my 2007 BMW 335i Convertible for service at Vanderheyden's Garage, twice now. Thomas' attention to detail is exceptional, and his knowledge of these cars is unquestionable. Bill and his crew are also very personable, and honest when relaying information to me. The warranty has now expired on my beloved car, but I know it's in great hands at Vanderheyden's, and will continue to service my vehicle here. John

I am a new customer, drive an Audi A4 cabriolet and was looking for a garage that had the knowledge to service the vehicle. I have had the vehicle in to Vanderheyden's on two occasions and found their knowledge and professionalism to be second to none. I have already recommended them to friends with German cars and one of these people has had the same excellent experience that I received. I heartily endorse Vanderheyden's.
Just got my 2007 ford fusion fixed today. It needed a lot of work since I was unfortunately pouring it off due to simply not knowing where to take it and not get screwed. The guys at the garage are all super nice, and I was greeted with a friendly hello from the second I walked through the door. Wim took care of me and put my mind at ease immediately. I was given fast, amazing service for the best price I could have possibly imagined. Thank you guys for keeping me safely on the road, and not making it impossible financially. I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone even if they don't ask, because I am THAT excited about my experience.
My VW Gold 2010 was having some serious ball bearing issues. VW Dealerships were too overbooked and I could not wait a month to get in. Found Vanderheyden's after a long search. Bill, Wim, and Thomas were so helpful from the start. Everything was explained to me before the work was done.

I stopped in to discuss getting a timing belt on a VW Jetta Diesel. One of the first things i noticed was how extremely clean and organised the establishmentment was. The second was the great attitude, Tom, Wim and Bill all stopped to talk to me about the work I needed done which put me at ease. I made an appointment the following week. Work was completed on time. The cost of the work was totally reasonable. I have no worries about quality of there work. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
As a single woman, I was extremely nervous about choosing where to send my BMW for its service. I saw an advertisement for Vanderheyden's Garage in the local paper and decided to check out their reputation on the internet. It was impossible to find anything but 5 star ratings for this Garage! I have deal with Bill and Wim since I purchased my volkswagon passat three years ago. They were recommended to me by a friend who also deals with them exclusivley. I find the staff at Vanderhadens Garage to be extremly professional and have always made me feel like I am not being taken advatage of, which as a single woman is always an issue. I am glad I was refered to Bill and I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
There service is top notch and if its something he doesn't do he will refer you to someone who will and who shows the same caliber of professionalism as Bills shop.

After I had called Vanderheyden's about getting a brake fluid flush on my 2006 BMW, I realized I had accidentally double booked my appointment time & I had to cancel. Not only was Bill Vanderheyden understanding but when I forgot about rebooking, he called to remind me of the importance of getting this done in order not to damage my vehicle! No ordinary garage would do that! The staff always answer any questions I have & do an excellent job while they are at it. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I brought my VW city golf to the shop shortly after a friendly conversation on the phone. I dropped it off and they immediately started diagnosing the problem. I got a call a couple hours later with an update and a success story. I was expecting to pay and arm and a leg for the repairs from previous experience with other shops. BUT I was informed on the phone call of the reasonable price and was very pleased. I will be taking my vehicle to this auto shop from now on.

When I lived in Toronto, I owned a 1998 Audi A4. In 2005 we moved to Durham, and when the car needed maintenance and repair I was referred to Vanderheyden's garage in Oshawa. From the very first visit, it was like I was a customer for years. Every procedure was explained & completed with the highest quality of workmanship. I have 100% confidence in any work they suggest the car requires. I now own a 2009 Audi A4 and any work other than warranty work, this is where the car is serviced.
